Today we had the chance! A surprise new S40 Nokia phones with a 1GHz processor and 512 MB of RAM broke loose and we got some shots to show you. Nokia C3-1.5 is the first phone based on the S40 platform of the new hardware, but it looks exactly like the C3-01 Touch and sisters type.
A month ago we heard about a new wave of upcoming S40 devices. We also met an interesting rumor about a new S40 handset with a 1GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, a plain black screen and a QWERTY keyboard capacitive material.
Nokia C3 1.5 we meet today (a nice name, right) is said receiver, but probably derives from the same lineup. Refreshes and already familiar with C3-01 and type touch, with a significant improvement in the 1GHz processor and 512MB of RAM. The rest of the data is the same.
According to some leaked documents, the new models that Nokia has in the works are the C2-01.05 (RM722), C3-5.1 (RM-702), X2-01/X2-03 (RM-709), X3-02.5 (RM775 or RM-776) and X2-01.1 (RM-717). As you can see all these must be updated versions of a type of age.
As suggested by the leaked images, names, Retail will probably remain the same. Nokia's product naming convention is, of course, destined to become even more confused.
